The job holder is responsible for providing support to the Issue & Renewal team to ensure the smooth running of its daily operations in an effective and efficient manner.
What you will be working on
- Resolve escalated enquiries relating to issuance and renewal of work passes (including workers’ medical examinations and security bond matters) within service standards. The officer is required to provide case-specific advice or guide customers through our e-Services over the phone/email, in a professional and effective manner.
- Process authorisation requests from employment agents transacting on behalf of employers who do not have SingPass.
- Provide administrative support to managers when required.
What we are looking for
- Possess good customer service and communication (written and spoken) skills
- Be able to handle difficult customers, work independently and adapt to fast and complex changes
- Experience with customer service or call centre operations is preferred
