In R&D, we are on a mission to transform the way we work using digital & data everywhere. It starts at the foundation to ensure all our core data (specifications, experimental and product info) are of the highest quality across our global portfolio (which is large and complex). At the same time, we are building our data & analytics capability to get value from our data through the right insights, reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Finally, we are building our data science capability to use our data for modeling and enable better design, optimization, and predictions. Almost like learning to walk and run at the same time. As the METUI region, we aim to be at the frontline in terms of driving digital transformation plans in line with global agenda as well as developing local solutions.
In a different area, we are also working to deliver against Future Foods, Force for Good and Climate Transition Plan targets on environment, waste and social aspects of our portfolio. This role will also be working for Climate Action platform and ensure project delivery in close partnership across functions (R&D executives, Marketing; Supply Chain; Procurement) as well as key (external) partners and suppliers (e.g. 3PM, suppliers) within MET region. It will cover portfolio transformation in line with the project tasks regarding climate action and will have an important impact on sustainable future agenda.
